This group will be run by Lenora Lemke, LAMFT & Holistic Health and Life Coach. In this group, you will learn somatic skills, mindfulness techniques, and specific movement exercises, which can be used to calm your mind and nervous system. Education will be given on the actual causes of anxiety/stress including nutritional, lifestyle, trauma, shame, and family system/relational causes, so that we can help you identify what you (as a unique individual) need in order to reduce your anxiety. We will also share experiences and support one another.

Anxiety & Stress Reduction Group: An Integrative Approach
Most Mondays in July/August from 4:30 to 5:30 PM (NO class July 8th or August 5th).
Specific dates are: July 15, July 22, July 29, August 12, August 19, & August 26. Note that the meetings are weekly EXCEPT for August 5 - Lenora will be on vacation.
Lenora has a Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from the California Institute of Integral Studies (CIIS) where she had the opportunity to be in the Somatic Psychotherapy program. She is a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist Associate (LAMFT). She also has a Master's degree in Kinesiology (the study of movement) from the University of Minnesota and has over 15 years of experience as a Holistic Health Coach specializing in holistic nutrition, chronic pain/illness, Postural Restoration and chronic injury.
