Being a mom is amazing... and it's also really hard! Mindfulness is a powerful practice that can help you navigate the ups and downs of motherhood, and help you be the mom that you want to be. In this class, you'll learn how to practice mindfulness (even during your busy-mama days!), and how to take care of yourself in ways that are truly nurturing. We'll explore how cultivating mindfulness can help us reduce the drama and yelling, and have more peaceful interactions with our kids. You'll discover skills for calmly responding to the stressful moments of parenting, instead of flipping out and over-reacting. And you'll have the chance to connect with a supportive group of mamas!
